Build the robot that builds curious kids.
We are a small, remote team making something we wish had existed when we were ten. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you, even before a role is posted.
How we work
Work that matters
Every feature you ship ends up in the hands of a child who is learning how the world works.
Remote, async first
We work across time zones. Clear writing beats long meetings. You own your hours.
Small team, big scope
You will touch design, build, and play testing. No silos, no waiting for permission.
Room to grow
We are early. The people who join now shape how Rafiq, and the company, grow up.
Who we look for
We do not have a long list of open roles. We have a short list of people we want to meet.
- Game designers who can make a lesson feel like a mission.
- 3D artists and animators who can give a robot a personality.
- Engineers who care about performance on the phones families actually own.
- AI and ML people who can explain a model to a nine-year-old, and then build it.
- Educators who know what children aged 6 to 12 can really do, and what bores them.
- Marketers and community builders who talk to parents like people, not leads.
If you are not on this list but you believe you belong on the team, apply anyway and tell us why.
Apply
Fill in the form below. A link to your work helps more than a formal CV. We read every application ourselves and reply within two weeks.
Our promise to applicants
We reply to everyone. We never ask for unpaid test work that takes more than a couple of hours. We keep your application for up to 12 months in case a matching role opens, and we delete it on request. See our privacy policy for the details.
